??? you know absolutely nothing about the game back in s3 or metas in general. Main tanks have never defined a meta, they have only been by factors of the meta.
Reinhardt is a tank that needs at least two crutches to even be viable. Ana was so overpowered reinhardt was insanely enabled back in s2/s3.
If Blizzard makes Reinhardt free of all bugs for more then 2 patch cycles then I will be on board to talk about a nerf.
Right now though, you are complaining that a hero, specifically Reinhardt, needs to be nerfed because the only thing not bugged in his kit is the 2000 hit point shield. As long as he can move and turn and keep it held high he will continue to be viable regardless of the glaring flaws in the rest of his kit.
Fix him first, then lets talk about nerfs.

His shield is actually bugged too, the random 180 degrees turns and Ana sleep darts passing through it, and the new delay bug.

Your rank shows this as well as what you say. You are arguing with rein players when you yourself probably have no time on rein or less than 3h overall. You cant prove otherwise because your profile is private. Play reinhardt then come and tell us hes not broken and hes S tier. THANKS.

he is only picked a lot because of one ability, his shield is the most versatile shield in the game, that alone will make him more picked specifically on offense than any other tank except winston during dive meta in high tiers.
Winston was never op in dive meta because he is a by factor of a meta, Reinhardt is not op and not needing of a nerf even if his bugs get fixed.
Main tanks do not make a meta, they are byfactors of the meta.
Because he literally only stand there with a shield, not spamming 6 arrows in 1 sec and deletes tanks, or is effective in long, mid, and short range, and has no mobility or wall climb…

orisa is weak to heroes that push W. she is an anchor tank, getting close is her weakness which rein specialized in, dive also plays really close but dive got nerfed and nerfed. the only time she is “strong” in terms of GM and pros is during boop maps like well or sanctum. maps that dive weren’t particularly strong at because of the lack of good high ground. if you want Orisa to become pure meta expect boring across the map shield breaking metas
youre arguing against a gold flock. This is clearly someone who doesnt put any time on reinhardt, and clearly doesnt know how metas/pickrate work for main tanks.
Orisa is extremely powerful on some defense areas and in pro scene, more than rein.
Pro scene isn’t ladder.
You play at a gold level. Your reinhardt stats mean nothing when youre playing against people that A. dont know how to play against a rein B. dont know anything about the meta or how to use it. Reinhardt is not better than orisa in every scenario, only on offense. WHICH WAS BY DESIGN

Reinhardt is picked because he’s the best at what he does. Doesn’t matter whatever the hell his weaknesses are because they just don’t come into play.
