This is kinda bad for me to say, but Zarya creates a bunch of issues herself being played Every single game. The game would be more diverse if that duo had some even bigger nerfs.
Yes, Tanks need buffs, but those 2 literally RUIN the tanking experience for Tank players who DONT play those heros.

It’s easy to get gold damage as him, always has, does it mean anything? No. A tank having gold damage is no surprise.
They should slightly revert hammer buff to 80 dmg and fix his Ult charge. I think Zarya and Bap are more of a problem than Reinhardt (bap isn’t too op I’d just like a slight hps nerf. Maybe a AoE nerf?).
I’d rather they keep the damage and decrease his shield a few hundred
