Regular lootbox drop from QP but stacked

i earned a regular lootbox from QP but the unveiling is stacked? like vertical wise. tried to attached visuals from imgur but forum popped that it is not possible to do that; and not only that. i gain 3 of the same skin from Pharah’s Thunderbird and only 1 Winston’s Primal Rage spray; all impossible for preview. so i had to be posting here

also can this lootbox be reset? cause it is not possible to gain 3 of the same pharah skin in any lootbox.

edit: i exit lootbox and found 2 new things but from different things available, Genji’s spray: Signature and a player icon: Lord of Candy. still short of 2 other drops? confuzzling.

I get that from time to time too. But you get the items anyway, you just miss the presentation.

you get 3 pharah skins and winston spray, just to be changed into genji spray and player icon, with 2 other missing drops?
