That literally applies to every single corner of the internet. The only difference is sites like Reddit and Twitter are better designed, and actually have systems in place to reduce negativity.
If Blizzard wants the forums to br a good place they need to be here more, not less.

Patch notes regarding the issues being fixes? Anyone? Where is the transparent communication? Did Blizzard dismiss the community managers? Many complaints in the community for weeks not being adressed or transparent by the Company…

Honestly Sombra y so easy to kill and maker retreat and you can also hear her hacking behind you and she gets revealed Infront of you she is not op people just don’t know to stay together in a group of two or 3 or more so she can do anything she is easy people just don’t know how to counter her the healers need to be protected but no one does that they just leave the healer alone so they can get kills and then people complain that they don’t heal I wonder why

They just extended the time on the patch. instead of 1 PM for Central, it is now 6 PM central.
So is going to be at 6 pm I doubt it
