I have watched the contender on blizzard website, being logged in my account. My total watch-time is around 8hrs but I did not receive the Symmetra skin in-game (and I am aiming to get the mercy skin). I do not know if anyone else has this issue. Maybe I did something wrong in the process.
I could use some help please.
