I know this is already a known and reported issue but I wasn’t sure if I’m supposed to say something if it happened to me or if it’ll get automatically fixed. I finished the season in Silver but received the Bronze rewards and it now says I placed Bronze on my profile even though I didn’t.
Same thing happened to me. At the end of season 3 I had Platinum, but when I received the rewards they put it as Gold. The only proof I have is by reviewing the maximum rank I had in season 3 and you can see that I reached platinum with 2 roles. What really hurt me was losing the rank title. I hope that by reporting it here they can fix it and I can get the correct reward.
Yeah this happened to me as well, ended with GM3, got the rewards of M3 and even after thae rankup games I got GM2 so… i got that issue as wel…
Happened to me as well. I would like to have the correct rewards because that was the reason why I started to play ranked last season… They can change whatever they want, but please dont take away our earned rewards.
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
