Reaper is weak because he cant do his job. Which is busting tanks. Just give him %45 armor penetration .

If Reaper was able to rip through armor it wouldn’t be fair to the tanks or other dps. Why should he be an exception?

Who said? Is that what Bliz made him for or are you trying to turn him into that? Tracer and Junk are tank busters too, but their dps cant rip through armor.
Ok dude. It’s the general agreement that Reaper is the tank buster, just look at his kit.
-Huge spread, must be close or fighting a huge target
-Highest DPS other than bastion
-Self heal that’s more effective on higher HP targets
-Extreme damage falloff that causes him to fight closerange
He needs armor shredding because, unlike Tracer+Junkrat. He has to get hit by the tank in order to kill the tank. Tracer+Rat can fight outside of a tank’s range.
Also: Tracer+Rat aren’t underpowered

General agreement among who? Reaper mains? Why should I believe them when they probably have a vested interested in making the balance of the game favor them?
You kind of contradict yourself. If he has high dps and self heal thats effective against large targets, why should we make killing tanks anymore easier for him?
Tracer has a large spread with high dps at close range too and is strong agains tanks, I dont see people asking for ammo piercing armor

I would Rather reaper do bonus damage to Barriers instead of ignoring armor.
Its barrier dancing that makes it hard to play Reaper… he has to expose himself to attack and just ends up getting killed by people dancing in and out of barriers.
The wraith form change (assuming it lets him cancel early and starts the CD when he cancels it) is a pretty good change for him because it will reduce his down time between attacks.
He also needs instantaneous movement much like moira…

Roadhog isn’t going to be an anything buster if his shotguns do half damage whenever Brigitte is used.
he is actually. but he shouldnt be better tankbuster than reaper. he is also anti flanker.

I think his secondary fire should be this and it takes 2 rounds instead of 1 and has a slight delay between usages. But around 1 burst knocks a hard chunk of armor off.
Lowers effectiveness on regular health and shield with secondary fire in order to not allow abuse
