Reaper his lifesteal was nerfed recently nerfed to 40% but it is still way to much. The 30% was not enough to get along with reapers aggressive playstyle. Maybe a different way to give him hp back. Maybe 40% will be fine. Time will learn. More is just impossible to play against. What do you think?
