Reyes is his last name. His Voice Actor also looks mixed. So I assume he has some Iberian roots given his surname if he wasn’t adopted by a family. He looks like a mixed American to me. I wonder if he knows any spanish.

There are Afro-latinos but I never thought Reaper was Black Black.

People definitely do. I’ve had people ask my girlfriend “I’m not trying to be offensive but are you Black” several times over voice chat. If you have a specific country accent or you have a certain deep voice if you’re a man people will ask if you’re black.

I hope so. But I somehow don’t think they explain his ancenstry besides being American much like they wouldn’t for McCree or Soldier. I would be interested knowing if he had familial ties to those people in the Christmas Comic.

Imo he’s mixed like many hispanics like myself are.

One of my closest friends is black and he doesn’t have a deep voice. Does that mean he’s actually not black?
