Because when orisa use’s fortify, it doesnt make her immune to incoming damage during the duration of the ability, nor is it an “escape ability”. She also cant get that far, as reaper also can just wraith out of a grav, and can TP away. Moira fade propels her pretty far. Tracer’s recall puts her in the position she was 3 seconds ago with assuming full health, then she has 3 blinks. Orisa out of fortify slows her. Sure she wont be in the grav, but she is more or less a fat sitting duck if her team dies in the grav.

Fortify isn’t the same type of ability as the other two. Wraith and Fade are both invulnerability cleanses, Orisa’s is simply a blanket CC immunity.

This is even reinforced with lore that Moira and Reaper’s wraith moves share the same properties

Does it really hurt that much that he can get out of Grav/Flux?
He does not cancel it or anything.
He was able to do that since four years and suddenly it is a problem?
It’s also still a nerf for a already bad hero.
