Reach Heroic Heights in Reign of Talon - Season 2: Summit

I will keep rocking his diablo skin with the umm piercings

yes, they said this a few days ago, basekit dire triggers, idk how 1:1 it is with the perk

Stadium Juno rework means she’s getting the Lucio treatment. A hard nerf leaving her with maybe one viable build that takes four rounds to come online.

Rammatra in Stadium? Should be fine.

JPC in Stadium? Unless they went crazy with the powers, should be a non-issue. The cat probably won’t be able to make it out of spawn due to hitscan dominance and anti-air items.

Wonder what this season USSC (unannounced super stupid change) is. Should be a doozy. We didn’t have a game crippling one last season. We’re due for something catastrophic.

What I don’t get is how is Juno getting a rework when Reaper literally has the worst cash generation AND 7 USELESS POWERS, Yeah, 7 of them. You would NEVER choose them over the 5 that has value. Just please fix him too blizz

I don’t think Xbox controllers have gyroscopes, but there’s no reason why PlayStation players shouldn’t be able to use the gyroscope.

Also, question for the devs: what’s the file size for the Switch 2 edition? I’ve seen a number of games balloon in size between their Switch 1 and Switch 2 versions, so I’m hoping that this isn’t the case here as well.

Ram needs a way to close distance, like all i do is just sit there and block or die. You cant even play him anymore in most elos. They nerfed him twice. Freja isnt good, by the time you land 2 shots ( if you do land 2 shots) your already dead from ashe, emre, widow or even ana. Also after the nerfs she is horrible, not worth getting that skin right now. Other dps are way better. JQ is supposed to be a brawl tank but gets out brawled by vendetta
. a dps. Her skin looks good but not worth getting atm. Mercy really needs a new form of atk, like maybe her wings or some perk. The only safe skin to get right now is the new heroes skin.

Unfortunately the most important part not mentioned on this is your horrible decision to make it even easier for the community to turn the game into escort simulator

GET RID OF MAP FILTERING (what it really is)

Cash generation is pretty bad for a number of Damage-role heroes.

Even Wuyang has problems with cash generation because (and unless they fixed it) he couldn’t pick up assists.

By comparison, Reaper gets cash generation through self-healing and damage, but the Support-role and most Self-healing Tanks tend to have the best cash generation in Stadium.

Blizzard is asking or demanding certain roles to be better than what reality presents them at the low-to-middle ranks in Stadium, and the dependencies for those roles is just as bad as it is in the normal modes.

Lucio wasn’t reworked.

Developer Comments: We’re tuning down LĂșcio’s most consistent build and buffing some lesser picked options to allow for increased variety in his build paths. We’re also reworking Reverb to a version with more balance levers, so we can better fine tune its power level.

Basically he wasn’t scaling too well with certain powers and abilities and they wanted to fine tune that, and open up other build options. Juno is likely going to have a wider build selection, but they’re definitely going to tune her away from being more lethal and more effective than most of the Damage-role.

Epilepsy triggers are still present with or without Reinhardt, and outside of Stadium.

Blizzard really needs to put these up ahead of release. If everyone else can do this, including Square-Enix’s Final Fantasy 14, Blizzard can do this too.

I’d like to rebuttle, they removed the ability to earn cash from healing as Reaper long ago via his passive. The cash earned from ability (which you should never do AP reaper)/weapon lifesteal, you can earn cash from but it is so little it is meaningless

I will hold my praise for that decision until I see the balance patch. Especially considering his new Major perk seems to be giving him a pretty substantial buff.

I see no way that they give him this without some sort of massive nerf.

Fair enough, we shall see tomorrow.

Hello, may i suggest a worse looking game on Switch 2 to have a 120fps mode please ? I really look forward this update for the Switch 2, and having a game using the full capacity of the console is so cool, even if it’s just an upscale version of the switch 1 in 1080p. 120Hz is dope, even more on Overwatch. Thank you for the update :heart_hands:

They did the exact opposite of that. He’s pretty locked into one viable build now that takes a while to come online. Expect Juno to be in the same spot soon.

I hope that the Nintendo Switch 2 version get 120 FPS mode With the same graphic as Switch 1 at some point and also adding mouse control feature

That’s what I’ve been wondering

Maybe they aren’t really bothering because they plan on reworking him anyways. It wouldn’t be a major buff anyways.

It was already on Switch 1 but at 30fps

Now it’s on Switch 2 at 60fps, but the other consoles can get 120fps these days. So fair is fair still.

Reaper barely has a functional build that he can craft with his powers, and Tracer only has a WP scaling build that’s viable, and yet we’re out here reworking the character that has the most flexibility in the support role. (Juno)

I don’t understand the logic behind this.

Let me enlighten you, Puma. Juno has more players than Tracer, Reaper, Torbjorn, Junkrat, Pharah AND Freya combined. That is the logic. Got it memorized?

Intent doesn’t always mean reality. Blizzard’s QA teams play a very different game from what players play; and Blizzard does little to communicate value or intent of certain abilities or designs.

Nonetheless, Lucio has a number of useful builds - regardless of what players think - they’re there and they’re useful. They may not be as useful as “that one Lucio build everyone uses and thinks is the only useful one”, but they do work.

It’s just like the perceptions players have on banning Domina or JPC, even if they aren’t really all that powerful. In Domina’s case, it’s the understanding that she’s “broken” because she focuses on poke, and in the case of JPC, it’s because she focuses on teamwork (and everyone knows that Pharah and Mercy teamwork is somehow game-breaking, just like Nanoblade, just like “beyblade”, just like
)

Expecting that Juno is going to have one decent build isn’t reality; just everyone else, you’ll run towards Stadium builds, find the most popular or most statistically “best” build and run that build forever; then you’ll run to the forums and claim that Juno doesn’t have any viable builds except that one.

And then you and the rest of the Juno players on Stadium will complain once it gets tweaks that you don’t like. It’s the standard knee-jerk, sky-is-falling, pattern than every Blizzard poster falls into when they don’t get what they want so that they don’t have to think critically about things.

Nothing changes here.

It’s been a while, but I don’t think it has been that long.

Damage-role heroes in Stadium tend to function better on WP builds over everything else. Freja and Junkrat might be the only exceptions, but even Freja Stadium players prefer to run Weapon Power Builds over control builds these days.
