I have a Razer mouse and Keyboard with RGB and Chroma that usually gives off special effects when playing OW (My keyboard / mouse lighting change color based off the character I pick. Example, If I pick Pharah, my keyboard / mouse will light up Blue) and for some reason, the Overwatch Supported effects are not working.
My keyboard / mouse still light up. They just don’t configure with Overwatch anymore for some reason since the new patch went live. I checked for updates on Razers software - Synapse - and everything was up to date. I restarted my computer, and still nothing worked.
Is this an Overwatch bug preventing my peripherals from configuring properly? Or should I contact Razers support team for this issue?
