So, I grinded all night to be sure I would get masters 5 before the rank reset, which I ended up doing. Just to wake up the next day and hop on and for some reason the rank of season 3 was put back down to diamond 3 and I didn’t even get my rewards from master. PLEASE LET ME GET MY REWARDS, I at least just want the competitive points and title.

I had a similar experience. Got to plat 2 before end of season grinding all night long just to wake up and see that I did not receive any of my rewards. Which sucks because I was excited to get my rein gold hammer.
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
