Gm on all roles. Gm5 on dps. had a really bad run of games (it happens). went all the way down to masters 5 on dps. I expected this, even though it was demoralizing lol. But then I went 5 wins and 2-3 losses on my first update, and it showed me going from diamond 5 to d1. weird. I went posittive and it ranked me down. then my next update I went 5 wins and 2 losses again. still diamond 1. then I went 5-1. still d1. I literally can’t rank up. so I’m posting this here as a bug report. but maybe im just bad.

You are not alone in experiencing this bug. Assuming your win-loss ratio is positive, you might be experiencing the bug in which during a rerank, your initial rank is demoted five subdivisions before the adjustment takes place. If you can, could you record your bugged rank adjustment, making sure that at some point in the video it shows your pre-adjustment rank, either from the queue menu or the career profile, and link that video to the thread? Any help in spreading the word about this megathread would be greatly appreciated.
