I believe that my rank in support wasn’t correctly adjusted to account for the ranked decay my account faced in season 3. At the end of season 2 I was gold 4. I was reset down to silver 3. I climbed up to platinum 5 in season 3 and I stayed the same rank in season 4. If what blizzard have communicated is right I should around about be in diamond 5 now.
To add insult to injury I didn’t even receive my competitive points either.
I truly feel like I was both cheated from my rewards from playing competitive and the rank I was supposed to get from getting my rank reset decay returned to me.
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
