This has happened twice already, I was plat 1 and I had won 5 games expecting to go to diamond 5, but instead, it sent me back down to plat 2, it has happened twice now and I can’t even get into diamond even though I’ve been grinding.
this happen to me last night. Went from showing Gold 3 current rank to when promoting showing Silver 3 ranking up to Silver 1

how many games did you lost before you got your 5 wins?
It happened to me in the sense I was plat 3 tank plat 5 dps and once I hit rank up for both it said I was the gold tier of that division and ranked me up to gold one and gold 2 instead of keeping me in plat I have it all recorded too

im not sure but they gave me the rank up animation after I won those 5 games and still demoted me
You’re not alone in experiencing this bug. Assuming your win-loss ratio is positive, you might be experiencing the bug in which during a rerank, your initial rank is demoted five subdivisions before the adjustment takes place. If you can, could you record your bugged rank adjustment, making sure that at some point in the video it shows your pre-adjustment rank, either from the queue menu or the career profile, and link that video to the thread?
