If an account is transferred from CS to PC, the rank rating value looks wrong. My friends and I started OW2 at the same time, and one of us transferred from CS to PC. However, even though we have reached Platinum or Gold, only he does not fluctuate from Bronze or Silver. He was rated bronze not only on one roll but on all three rolls and the open roll. I think this is a bug because we play together and obviously feel he is a better player than we are.
