Random red lightning symbol kicking me out of games

Randomly during matches, I get this red lightning symbol that just kicks me out of a game and puts me back in. Half of the time, it doesn’t put me back in. This is really annoying, and it’s lost me many team fights. This is an example of when this happened. video here

This icon indicates that the client has not heard from your lobby or from the game server for an extended period of time and that a disconnection is likely.

I have been trying to climb to masters for the past few days and I keep getting this same issue. I have done all the troubleshooting for the red lightning symbol when I asked before about this. This infuriates me a lot, because I have lost over 5-6 games in the past few weeks. Just now I loaded into a game and dc’ed, so it got cancelled, and I got suspended for 10 minutes, and lost 30 sr. The troubleshooting doesn’t work. It’s not just me, so many of my friends have this problem too. I have tried a fresh install of overwatch and that doesn’t help, and I have had nothing but overwatch open on my computer and it still happens, so it can’t be an external program making it have this error. I have contacted my ISP, and they said that everything is working fine in my area. I made sure all the settings on my router were correct, and that It was working properly, but the issue still persists. This is going to keep happening until I get permanently suspended from the overwatch competitive season, and I will keep losing matches because of this. It doesn’t matter if I join back in 10 seconds by the way, the game still ends. This issue has lost me so many team fights, at a high diamond rank level. This is so annoying. There is also many people in my competitive matches that disconnect because of this as well, and the match cancels. Please help.
