Random Lag Ingame please help!

So since yesterday I’ve been getting these random short lags when for example starting up the game, selecting a hero at the select screen or when playing the hero. This has never ever happend to me before so I don’t whats going on and need some help. My CPU is overclocked but its stable. I’ve never had any problems with the overclock. Can somebody please help me figure this out? I’ve also included a short video of the random lag. (Edit: I can’t include the video as this forum doesn’t allow me to post links. Sent me a private message so I can sent it if you need it)

Specs:
CPU: I9 9900K
GPU: MSI RTX Gaming X Trio 3080
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3000mhz (XMP Profile)
Storage: 2TB M.2 SSD
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro
Im using cabled internet and always have a low ms and ping btw.

Your cpu, gpu, ram and storage has absolutely nothing to do with your ping.

explain lag here?

latency spikes?

fps drops?

there are many types of lag

did you check in game data for network/fps/gpu temp?

This is a technical support topic, but I see you have the same thread in that forum. Make sure your thread there includes the WinMTR requested in the sticky threads so someone can help you. You can edit your post there by clicking the pencil icon.

I’ll post the WinTMR in that post then. It’s some light stuttering and only occurs the first few minutes when I have started up the game.
