Random FPS lock below 30

My specs: G3258 / GTX750ti 2 gb
8GB RAM/ Windows 8.1
All my drivers are up to date as well.

Up until a few weeks ago I’ve been getting 60-100 fps with everything turned to low at 1080p.
Never had a problem, but now when I start the game it will randomly lock my fps at 22-23fps either at the main menu or after a few hours of playing.

I’m not having this problem with any other game, just with Overwatch.

Just today after installing the Lunar Year update it automatically locks me at 23 fps and no matter what I do it won’t change.

I’ve been able to play the game perfectly fine up until now.
Whatever the problem is I suspect is on Blizzards side.

Have you checked that your GTX750TI is being used for Overwatch in the nVidia Control Panel? Otherwise, please make sure you have looked over the common issues here, and if you still need help, please provide a DxDiag.

I have the same probelem and also I have same graphics card (GTX750ti).
It usually locks me on 22 or 23 fps and I need to restart Overwatch. Sometimes even that doesn’t help…
