I have the same problem and only the blizzard app that goes down discord/steam/pornhub/teamspeak /spotify all work but blizzard app nope need a 30 sec chill time

There aren’t any known connectivity issues at this time in your area. You’ll want to continue working with the support agents to try to resolve your individual issue. I know that it would be ideal for you if there was a button we could hit to fix your connection issue, but this is a technical problem that will require you to troubleshoot it to fix. We’ll help you as much as we can, and see if we can find anything which indicates a connection problem in your area, but currently we’re under the assumption that whatever’s going on for you is specific to you.
Keep in mind that just because other players report that they are having similar - or even the same - issue does not mean that you have the same cause. Unlike a math problem which has one solution, a technical problem can have dozens of different possible causes.
