Random Connection Loss Spikes

For the past few days I’ve had difficulties connecting or keeping connection to Overwatch servers. I’ll sometimes not even be able to log into the game, or if I do manage to login and I join a game, within the first few seconds of the match starting my, Data Loss In (from the debug window [ctrl+shift+N]) will spike to 85-95% resulting in a not so quick disconnect. Using Windows pathping test I discovered I was consistently having 100% data loss in a Blizzard server node. Further investigation using the WinMTR testing this was the following results following the steps outlined by the WinMTR steps guide:

          WinMTR statistics |

NOTE: I had to add a “.” before the last node in order to prevent it from becoming a hyperlink

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Blizzard’s nodes are configured to ignore most ICMP traffic, which will result in inflated values or 100% loss. This is a DDoS protection mechanism.

The issue seems to be within Bell’s network, since you have 7% packet loss on their nodes, and response times of over 399ms.
