Reaper says “Black’s my lucky color.” Players in game spam it to say “Blacks, Blacks, Blacks”.
Note the s on the end gives it a categorization sharpness that upsets people.
It’s not “oh you’re black” its seen as “the blacks” due to the plural. It’s very degrading.
Go out to the real world and learn whats true racism, not a voiceline in a videogame

Someone else’s context and personal problems are not, and should never be, my problem. He who smelt it, dealt it. If you want to remove all English/Spanish translation labels of the color black from every clothing store in the world, be my guest. Getting bent out of shape pursuing “evils” is someone’s hobby that does not require roping others into it that didn’t want it

Most if not everything that happens in a game or on any social media site is under the owners/ moderators’ jurisdiction. If the law was actually a factor here, police would be getting sent to people’s homes every time someone was silenced or banned by the devs or companies like Microsoft for saying such things. Legally, I can say just about anything I want unless it threatens the safety of others, is intended or can be expected to start a fight, or incites others. Anything else that can’t be said is typically determined by the time, place, or profession of the individual. I can say things that would be classified as hate speech irl, but depending on who I say it to, there can be legal consequences.
That is called free speech, first amendment. Thing is though, the players in this case are not texting or verbally saying anything offensive. Using voice lines is not a bannable offense. Abusing a feature the devs intentionally implemented is not a bannable offense more often than not. Point to me where it is even implied in the CoC, ToS, or EULA, which are the legalities between various parties and the rules players agree to abide by under penalty of punishments up to bans that they, to what extent, cannot spam or use voice lines? I’ll wait. Give the exact wording too in case I need to correct your interpretation. Intent doesn’t matter if the wording is lacking.
Unless they update their policies otherwise, they cannot take disciplinary action against these players. They may be able to afford the best lawyers around, but if they ban a player for something that isn’t even a reportable offense, therefore not punishable, they would easily lose that lawsuit if the ban isn’t reversed.
Having no issues with killing or announcing killing in the game because it’s just a game, but then suddenly getting triggered when a skin colour get’s mentioned in a built in voiceline by some troll who just tries to be edgy.
So is killing in a game bad only when killed characters have certain skin colour and is it fine otherwise? Who is a racist here?
If they’re using voicelines to say something that you’re not supposed to say in chat either (and most of these people complaining about you complaining wouldn’t dare anyway lol), then you can just report them and move complaints to that department tbh
