In CS GO they queue less trustworthy/cheaters/toxic players with each other. Which makes legitimate player experience way better. Maybe its something similar?

How the community responds to this will likely determine, bitter blizzard resentfuls, desire to target others, as im unlikely the 1st. Surreptitiously targeting the outspoken with artificially inflated queue times. Support Queues aren’t typically ever beyond 1-2mins max. And everyone knows it.
