There is no information about stats and level progression and how they will appear in Overwatch 2. Remember both Overwatch and Overwatch 2 will share the same PvP modes together. We do know that players who have accounts on Overwatch 1 will be able to access their collected cosmetic items in game modes of Overwatch 2.
