Question About Smurfs

I think it’s the laser point aim tbh

I played a great game yesterday because I was enabled and I kind of ‘carried’ my team but… I would been A LOT more effective if I had masters/GM aimbot skills, that to me is the difference between someone having a good game/being enabled and someone who barely misses headshots.

That’s when it becomes the oppressive ‘smurf’ feeling. For DPS at least.

For clarification I don’t believe in the rampancy of the smurf epidemic, I barely see them, but I know when there IS one in my game.

There are multiple semi-legit ways to make it (without any penalties) but it is still ToS to discuss that.

Oh this is ez, a smurf is anyone who beats you and whom you perceive to be a better player than you lol

I had an instance of someone crying smurf when I beat him in a Widow 1v1 (I was silver border), only to try to flex his plat rank when I told him to get good (I hit plat before while smurf crier’s profile was private). I would’ve gone back and forth, but was already thrown into another match.

Buy new account, throw it down to sub500… it becomes more valuable, sell it = profit.

Yeah, I am not the only one.

idk i feel like i’d be considered a smurf and i dont even play much… i just logged onto my account looked at every previous season i played on (mind you i have 200 hours in comp total since s1) so take this with a grain of salt i have all over 70% win rates every season most are sitting at 80 or so but I don’t play often enough to change ranks what would i be considered? I assume a casual but if i play/overperform and get called a smurf then what? idk i think calling people smurfs or hackusated is a fine line to walk lol. some people just have really good days and really off ones.

How many games are you playing per season?

idk it’s pretty random each season and it’s been forever. from 5- 30 ish i think?
