So we all know hazard has a gun attached to his arm just like orisa, but in his sprays we can see he also has a normal human hand shaped robotic arm. Do you guys think it’s a spare that he switches out or can his arm transform between the two modes?

Absolutely yes, if you read Doomfist’s lore carefully, he also doesn’t have a real arm but a prosthetic.

I’d say he has a spare one.
Same goes with Torbjorn “claw” arm : it’s his prosthesis for work, he has a normal one when he is not working in his workshop

how many people in this game keep spare gun arms… or even lost an arm?
Heroes that have lost an arm are Cassidy, Genji, Torbjorn, Doomfist, Symmetra, Junkrat and Hazard. Sojourn’s case is a bit different, since almost all of her body had to be change for cybernetics due to illness.
I’m not sure about Lifeweaver, if it’s just a gauntlet on a full porsthetic like Symmetra tho 
Edit : Lifeweaver is a gauntlet, we got confirmation with the new comic where he isn’t waring it!
