I think they’re just trying to do:
Arcade: Casual mode with no penalties
Quick play: Unranked with penalties
Competitive: Ranked with strict penalties
but arcade doesn’t have role queue kind of a shame and you can’t have all modes at once, but QP just should be the casual mode with arcade. They’re just trying to make QP like a competitive mode but without the rank
