It’s free so what’s the problem? Apex and Valorant don’t have story missions at all and all the OW haters on here seem to love those games.

im fine with 3 missions “a season” but i dont think thats how it will work. i wonder IF it will be new story missions each season or the “same 3 story missions” next year like the last archives
i wish it was new pve story missions every other season or even every other 4 seasons …
still i wonder. people get bored quick so blizzard has to worry

Free is another word for temporary.
Cause we A) had a huge content drought that led to B) OW1 being replaced by OW”2” because they were going to “reinvent” the game….
4-5 years later we’re going to finally see what all that waiting was for….and it looks like it’s going to be occasional sprinklings of not even what they were telling people they were going to be doing (like maybe a quarter of it?)

Gotta agree with you there. If it’s the stuff they had at 2019….then why didn’t they just release it with the early access?
Why not release it now? Or one mission to soften the loss of the PVE?
The trailer is like 90% what we saw at 2019 Blizzcon.

If it’s free then I think they would be stamping the word FREE all over every piece of marketing they have right now to accumulate some goodwill. It’s most definitely tied to the BP, which is fine. I always assumed it would be personally, because I’m not one of those weird kids that expect to be given something for nothing.
