The game should recognize when you leave a match against your will when it comes to bad internet. I play from Iraq, the internet is atrocious here and I constantly have to deal with d/cs. I was recently handed a 15 game penalty AND demoted in my endorsement level due to things outside of my control. It’s not a huge deal but its definitely discouraging and I believe it should be addressed and corrected.
Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties.
