Public profile is private online

Hi, everything is in the title.

I tried to see my profile online, I saw it was on private (I switched some months ago to public), so as private is default option, I just thought that it has switch back.
After checking it ingame, my profile is actually public, I switched it back to private, then public again (switch it off and on… basically), but I’m still private on the overwatch career online.

There are many of us in the same situation, but the issue is being ignored :frowning:
