Why do we just no longer have one. It would help the devs test patches before they go out and they could get real feed back on it and not this trash ow the heros win rate is 52% and picked 80% of the time guess the heros all good stuff we do now. Give us a proper pts server so we can qa for you because your bosses think they are not needed we can do it for free

This. There’s absolutely no reason not to have some type of test server of some kind out there. This isn’t the first time they’ve broken stuff either with this game, and I’m tired of having to wait 30 or more days just for them to fix the problem that should’ve taken a day or so at most. But nope, force us to wait when it could’ve been avoided by tests on a PTS.

It’s pointless the streamers/youtubers already get test everything early each season and very rarely do they listen to all the creators saying x is going to be a very bad change
Its not point less we could have easily found this sigma bug well before hit hit live giving them a week to fix it before it goes out to live. Pts are needer in my opinion for any always online pvp game it needs to be a thing so you can have even just 5% of your player base testing thin for god sake wizard101 has a pts.
Also creators get a day at most with the patch we need to have like a week even maybe 2 weeks so if we find stuff like sigma mei bastion torb all had bugs that could have been found on a pts server ans would habe never touched live servers
I don’t think Genji was changed in this patch though.

You mean PTR. I was over here thinking you were asking for a Post-Traumatic Stress server, which although weird, does kinda make sense for this game.

They desperately need to start using the PTR again. The Lifeweaver disaster clearly showed the need for it. Not sure why they refuse to use it.
Pts player test server thats what it stands for
Ptr is for relms and this game doesn’t have relms its not a mmo like wow we have servers
Also ptr are usually alot longer term like months where pts are usually just a patch ahead
