I’ve recently played a couple matches of Quick Play in the PTR, and whenever I played Brigitte her shield would act normally until it ran out of health. At that point it would remain at 0hp for the remainder of the game, but could still be pulled out as if it was still working. Dying did not fix this issue.

I’ve had this too. In addition to shield not regenerating, bash doesn’t work. I also have a clip. E: (Switching heros and then back again fixed it.)
I have experienced this as well. I went to training to test it out and whenever the shield runs out of health it bugs and appears with 0 HP. If you keep it up it does nothing and you receive damage as if it was not there. it’s pretty weird.
