I want to swap the melee button on PS4 because R3 isn’t good for me. I do melee when I’m trying to aim on widow. I even bought a new PS controller. Problem still exists. When I try to swap buttons in practice range, I find the only button I can swap to is the button IT ALREADY WAS!

You… You can swap the melee button 2 of my heros my 2 mains have it switched actually.
Sometimes you have to change the control scheme for your specific hero if you already changed certain buttons for them in the past. The “all heroes” tab becomes relatively worthless. Not sure if that is your problem or not, but that definitely happened to me which is annoying.
I ended up reverting to default because I accidently unbound my ultimate (widow wallhack) in a game. I might just use default settings for a while. It doesn’t seem to be doing what I want. Thanks anyway.
