After getting the free bundle of the zenyatta skin and 3 battle pass level skips neither of it showed up ingame. On my PlayStation account I see that I bought it, but it’s not in overwatch.
Did you load up the game on a PlayStation console? You need to do that. Least one time to get credited. If you’ve already done that, try restoring the licenses in the console settings.
