Unfortunately, this is how Blizzard nerfs a character, if too many players create complaint threads about a character, tadaaa, instant nerf. Yes, they shouldn’t be looking at forum complaints to decide whether to buff or nerf a character, but for some reason, they do. The biggest examples of this in OW1 were Mercy and Roadhog. If we’re looking for an example in OW2, the biggest one is Sombra. Now, I think Zarya and Ana will be nerfed for the same reason.
But yes, you’re right, characters should never be nerfed for reasons like this.
