PDT time would see a patch at around 11:00 - 12:00

I could be wrong but I don’t remember it being between the hours.

Waiting for this will be a challenge for sure. Torbjörn’s Surf n’ Splash skin is the last item I need to have everything for him, and I missed out on it during the Anniversary…

His turret is neat, I like setting up defensively. But my favorite is his primary fire. Dunno, something about it is so fun

I’m sorry, but why does she need this skin? I’m not sure why alot of players are getting pretty antsy over this. Have they previously teased it and I’m just unaware?

You would understand if you would fan of her. If you don´t understand, how it is to be excited for any new skin for one of your favourite character, than I can´t help you. Anyway, nothing is certain yet, there is still a slightest chance for that skin.
1). I was asking a genuine question on if this has been teased.
2). I understand perfectly fine, however, people are acting like she needs this skin and this skin specifically. I have no issue with her even having it, I just don’t get why people are getting frustrated over Pharah getting it. Besides, Mercy has two summer game skins, so it’s not a crime for other heroes without summer games skins to receive.
