How am I supposed to play OverWatch 2 when I keep getting the error message of “pre-paid phone”? Having a pre-paid phone should not be an issue if I’m trying to play a game that was gifted to me so long ago. I’ve sat in a player queue of about 4000 players for 2 hours just to be told I’m not allowed to play due to my phone plan. Is there any possible way to get this issue fixed now? If not, how long am I supposed to wait for it to be fixed?
