Just another stupid thing about stadium’s design
The whole point of the mode is to make these builds but the only way you actually get to complete your build is if you purposely throw and lose lol
If you play well and win by rounds 3/4 you only get to see half of your build come to fruition and usually are still rocking basic items. In order to actually see the game through to a full build you basically have to make sure you lose 3 of the rounds so you can make it go to a round 7 so you can actually get your last powers and the high tier iterms.
Pretty dumb design imo.
Ive only had 1 game that has gone to round 7, every other game has been over by turn 3 or 4. Vast majority of my matches I have only gotten to try builds with 2 powers and maybe 2 purple items MAX. The games are over before any full or meaningful builds can even come online
Additionally, even if you do get to round 7 and get a full build, you only get that 1 round to actually play with it. After that round the game is over. So even if you spend 30 mins and do somehow get to round 7, you only actually get 1 round to enjoy what you spent 30 mins building. Seems pretty stupid to me.
It’s giving battle royale, spending 30 mins looting gear and items to finally get a good loadout just to die and never actually use any of it
I dont actually think they used their brains when creating the mode lol. Its like with clash how the more you win the more the game punishes you, so you purposefully have to lose just so you can actually play the mode. Everything about stadium seems entirely backwards
