funny how u compared bap lamp to junk tire
dva was infamous for eating both cooldowns and ults and sigma is the only other tank with an “eat” ability
dva can eat ana nades and tracer bombs so i don’t see why not
dva in my opinion is a disrupter and disrupting more cooldowns and ults would solidify her role
the balance comes from bap being meta no so if dva becomes a counter to bap which so far has only been another bap and dva becomes meta again, and dva becoming meta would really shake up the meta(my opinion)
