Possible hero mechanics for stadium/custom game

All this talk of stadium and hero perks has got me really excited to revisit some of my ideas regarding possible fun hero mechanics I’d like to see.

As a Wrecking Ball player, I first added a combo system for ball which works like this:

  • any damage in ball form ups your combo meter by 1
  • the higher the combo, the more damage you do
  • the higher the combo, the faster the combo timer ticks down

I think this would reward cool combo chains and skillful plays, which is why I play ball.

I also added a transferable nano-boost to Ana which works like this:

  • the nano duration is now 5 seconds
  • when you apply nano to a teammate, it gets refunded
  • nano no longer grants healing
  • you can transfer nano between teammates

This feels like it would be fun to use in teamfights if you’re observant.
