I did not buy my 2nd account thinking “heh hehh hehe can’t wait to screw up the match-maker!!! (evil grin!)” lol what a boogey man people have turned this concept into. My main account, this one, is for tanks, and my other account is for support.

Its not. Cause its not really alot happens. 10 matches its literally first lvls, when most people talk about smurfs when see even 10lvl+ player

yes, for example real smurfing, when you can get 3 bronze roles and only 1 day ban and then you free playing without bans. But why no one talking about it?
maybe you don’t , but the consequences are that, let’s say you take 10 games to reach your real rank in your new role/with your new hero
let’s say in real you’re diamond but in your new acc you’re low plat… imagine those who are in plat for real who have to face someone who maybe experienced high diamond games …
they literally can’t do much vs you, that’s how those match to me are messed up

And? Blizzard still alow you make a new one. You can lost account cause its hacked and you was using fake id or you got just permbanned. Its dosnt matter, blizzard alowe you make a new one.
Everyone can debate all day on what they think smurfing is, but it doesn’t even matter. If you think what someone is doing is cheating or gameplay sabotage then you are free to report it and then let Blizzard decide from there.
I highly doubt the game can determine a player’s skill level from 10 QP games. Chances are their first placements are going to be inaccurate and they will do extremely well in those games (if they’re not smurfing). Whether they’re still intending to climb or not, they’ve ruined multiple comp games all containing 12 players just because of 1 alt account.

for get master rank its enough jsut win 10 games on first competitive games. You can have even low winrate in qp, you will still get it.
Trust me, its more then enough, good players have extremly big stats. Its REALLY ez for detect this guy have a good skill, when average new players have extremly bad stats.

People need start ask change not smurfs, but other important things.
Bans for gameplay sabotage its extremly low now, when its only 1 thing for stop smurfs (and its not work).
QP will suck untill ow2 just cause not enough online. Need also think what do with new players who have high skill cause matchmaiking cant make good matches even if know this guy is extremly good.
Maybe if people to good he just should get more xp. Good solution?
