I live in a very small town, and there is one internet provider, for the WHOLE town. Ever since COVID-19 started my internet has been rocky and extremely bad. During competitive games I frequently get disconnected and I’m getting penalized for it. Is there any way I can get these penalties removed? I don’t want to get banned for a whole season due to my internet outing and disconnecting me from games. Thanks.
