Hello, my overwatch account items ( profil icons, skins,spray emotes all) are not showing in my account.
Also, some heroes are disabled and I bought battles and they are not active.
I merged my account and if I have a merge request, I don’t want it I’ve been playing overwatch since 2018-19 and could you please return my items in full.
Overwatch has said this.

UPDATE : These cases are almost certainly related to our new First Time User Experience (FTUE) flow incorrectly being applied to existing players. We have seen relogging into the game resolve this issue in most cases, and we will continue to work towards a complete fix.
how do i re-login so if you’re talking about toggling the game on and off then i did this
