I don’t know everyone here saw it, but there was a “Frankenstein Zarya” fan art called “Experiment 512”. It is sooooo perfect for a skin and the hair was still same Zarya’s, only black with a white streak going up the top.

Idk, I’m super hyped for it. I’d be super hyped for it if it was a permanent event I could play everyday.
That said, I would love to see something a bit different, or a bit of a change to Junkenstein’s. As long as they also offer the original and variant alongside the new mode.

Heres my idea
After thrashing them last time the scene changes and we’re fighting our way through the witches woods to put a stop to the doctor, his monster, the witch, and her servant once and for all.
You can fight the summoner on your way there and the zomnics can try to ambush you from all sides instead of just predictable paths
And you can add in the bride or the ghost or whoever the new baddie will be this year in too

That sounds awesome! I’d be nice to move around again, instead of the fortress defense game play like last time. It seems like the possibilities are endless

They did Uprising and Retribution right.
You get the new game mode, and can also play the old event content.
I was expecting to have Lucio Ball + another game mode involving another hero (like 2 Brigittes playing Tennis or something like that)

My thoughts exactly - I was floored opening this event and only seeing the exact same things we had last year + new cosmetics. I thought they would continue that old /new line of thought and carry it to the other events as well…

I would like OW team to focus more on core game content.
This game needs a lot of improvements. Replays, public map editor, clans/communities, etc. Devs need to focus on those things instead of making new arcade game modes available for 3 weeks a year.

This. While new even modes/story things would be nice, I’d much rather actually see the game get fixed. Especially comp and the match making system.

Im still mad that they didnt gave us Hammond racing in this year for SG. If hallowen is another copy paste… ehh, rip.
I really liked that Halloween always had its event composed by a new spooky story and thus shall remain.
It would be a major letdown if nothing new except skins) come.

Feel free to add to the negative feedback. They need to know that this Event Recycling cannot stand. It’s not okay. It hurts the game and disappoints players.
When Junkenstein returns, we should either have an entirely new mode, or an extension toward what Junkenstein already is. Expand that story line. Involve more heroes. More locations in the castle. New enemies with better AI (Post-Retribution).
If it’s the same 2016 Halloween with a couple of the heroes getting cheap Halloween masks for a skin… ******* hell.

Yeah, I posted this after leaving a number of responses on other posts of my distaste for the exhausted current event - I can’t help but feel like behind the scenes they are most definitely working hard on something and I don’t want to point at them and say they dropped the ball and they are lazy or have given up.
That said - I agree with you and hope they’ve taken the feedback received on the forums to heart and do SOMETHING different for the Halloween even besides the cosmetics. If not, I too will likely be looking for entertainment elsewhere, like I am now -_-
See from Year 1 to Year 2 they changed Junkenstein by adding in the Endless Mode which:
A) Allows more heroes played
B) Changes how you play it since it’s more of a marathon
C) Provides a legitimate challenge in the harder modes.
Lucio Ball was brought back, given a new backdrop and that was it.

THIS… The events used to be special. Now? Kinda just like any other day… and thats sad… We really need NEW content not just continued old content…
