My hopes are a new shading style, not just a different color. Especially more shininess.
Something I also like is two different colors based on angle of view.
Basically look at need for speed cars.

found some keywords: iridescent, pearlescent
+ “car” should give some good ideas

Pretending to like Jade is so real lol. On some skins it looks good but most of the time it clashes. But I equip them solely because they’re new and they’re the new way of signaling who your main is. But I went back to gold on dva cause the cardboard skin looks awful with Jade.

I was kinda hoping for an Ice mythic where the weapon sparkles and has light frost coming off of it. Possibly distracting tho, depending on how heavy the frost is

Ideas for blizzard that aren’t hideous so USE THEM BUT ACTUALLY TRY:

Diamond weapons (only certain parts)

Void weapons (like dark and sinister with energy around them?)

Ice weapons (come on this is easy)

Classic/old west weapons (you get the idea right? Sleek clean wooden weapons or in reins case a fancy classic looking battle hammer)
