Please add a damage thresh hold

the dps passive needs a damage thresh hold of like 30 damage in 2 seconds its not good that a hero can just pepper a team and they are just all effected

Or we can just reduce all healing by 15 percent.

no i think the passive is good we just need an indicator for the teammates to see on someone and a damage thresh hold

I hear this bandied about as if Tracer 76 was anathema to your survival. If you’re worried about a dps doing irrelevant damage, you have your priorities jumbled.

It’s more about the free value that tracer gets simply by spraying.

Why should a single pellet apply any kind of debuff

Damage threshold should be the target’s maximum HP.
Say a Tracer is fighting a S76 that’s being double pocketed. S76 never drops below 50% HP in the entire fight. Eventually Tracer does 250 damage total to S76. The Passive activates.

Rules:
Both DPS heroes can build towards this threshold.
Threshold resets on squishy targets if they have not recieved damage in 2 or 3 seconds (testing required)
Once proc’d, passive lasts as long as target is receiving Damage from DPS class. If they have not recieved DPS damage after 3 seconds, the build up instantly resets.
For Tanks:
Time until threshold resets is 4 seconds for Tanks (larger HP pools and Defense abilities make build up slower, so threshold decay is slower)
Tanks will recover from Healing reduction passive after 5 seconds regardless of conditions and be immune to build up for 3 seconds. Allowing non-Barrier tanks to launch a counter offensive after a period of vulnerability.

i wish the passive would only apply to the last group of people hit by your ability or weapon, and would go away as soon as theyre targetting someone else

i also wish that it was a meter
you fill up the meter to full heal reduction based on damage done
over time the meter drains to 0% reduction

plus move the passive to all roles and bring back the old reload / attack buff for damage roles. playing tanks like ball is really different now. it is hard to bully supports since they have higher HP and they dont get the passive from tank heroes. if there is no damage hero follow-up, it’s hard to do anything. guess thats part of the new philosophy of damage does damage though
