There seems to be an issue with the new hero progression feature. My career/statistics are showing the correct playtime for each hero. But the hero progression seems off. A few exapmles: 595 hours on Mercy but my career says I´m only lvl 28 with her. 419 hours on Moira and I`m only 48 with her. 179 hours on Ana equals lvl 25 and so on. Interessting: Juno Playtime = 70 hours and already lvl 40.
I wrote a ticket with my problem and the GM told me to check this post: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - September 9, 2025 it says the progression issue is solved as of yesterday. Sadly my problem continues…
