is absurd. you have 41 heroes to choose from, and you choose to play a cookie clicker hero, HUH? HOW IS THAT FUN? you hop in ow to play a boring point and click game, like what are you doing, AND youre ruining the game for at least 5 other people. PLEASE its 2025, there are many low effort clicking games, go play them instead

Fun is subjective.
If they just want to click heads and practice their aim. They can.
Widow is probably the most oppressive DPS, in the right conditions.

In a match that is a real brawler with everyone jump into a major fights happening around point or cart, with everyone obviously going to be really enjoying so much action, then some moron on Widow standing 50m away clicking heads and ruining all the fun while not even getting the adrenalin rush of being in the middle of the action.
Just sad really these players that only get enjoyment out of ruining the fun for all the others. Sombra players are the same and usually if you force them off widow they go sombra or symm because they just can’t handle others having fun.

I don’t disagree. But some just like the practice of playing against human movement.
Aimlabs is very clinical. Not really “fun” to play.

it is playing on hard mode, you have a big target on your head and if the enemy wants to win they send everything after you. if they dont then yea its aim labs and if they do its very painful or you have to be creative with your positioning.
also more difficult if your healers just focus tanks heh

Like cmon dude if they aren’t allowed to play one of the highest skill ceiling hero’s in the game, who do you say they should play? lol “point and click hero” as if that isn’t the base mechanic behind literally every hero in any FPS ever made

the whole point of PvP is to annoy the enemies. (It often ends up with annoying the allies tho) the easier the better. like clicking head or W+M1.
Sometimes your team just needs the extra firepower to help win fights.
To answer your question, yes. Widow is fun. Missing, not so much. But knowing you’re getting value, making a difference in the teamfight. That’s where the fun is.
But, to each their own.
Playing Widow isnt that simple as “point and click”. Shes pretty tough to master.

There are people that have fun by making others miserable. These people play widow in QP.
How you deal with them is you go Hanzo. You headshot kill them without even seeing them by using Sonic Arrow and the Arrow’s downward trajectory. You do this twice they leave the game, or best case for them they swap hero.
