Under the Player Titles the “No Title” is locked forcing you to have a title. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this, If its a known bug or something. The “No Name Card” is unlocked for me. I would assume that the “No Title” option would be something you didn’t have to unlock or purchase. Has there been a fix for this?

I noticed that the other day. Believe it or not (though given the game, easy to believe) it was fixed a while ago, but they broke it again recently. Here’s hoping they unbreak it.
Still broken, unless they fixed and re-broke it again.
It was fixed in either Season 2 or 3, then it rebroke with the Season 4 mid-season patch. Here is one of the first threads on the topic.
